Shipping

 

Shipping is $7.99 for orders under $50.  Orders over $50 ship free.

​At this time, we only ship within the US.

​All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  We strive to have your order packaged and shipped to you via the US Postal Service within 2 business days of you placing your order.

​Once shipped, we will send you tracking information so that you can follow along.

 

Local Pick up

 

Please use coupon code PICKUP at check out and we will send an email when the order is ready to pickup with pick up instructions and to set a date. If you have any questions about our locations please reach out to us with our CONTACT US form.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your Black Forest Soapworks products, please contact me directly and I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction.
